House & Pet Rules

The Blueberry Farm

Step outside and discover over 200 mature blueberry bushes, each producing a variety of sweet, flavorful berries. Blueberry season spans from early July through late August or early September, with fresh berries ripening throughout early, mid, and late summer.

The Cancellation Process

We hate to see you miss out on visiting Lake St. Catherine Log Cabin, but we understand that life happens. This is our standard cancellation policy, designed to provide clarity and flexibility while ensuring fairness.  Our cancellation policy supersedes any policies listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Google Travel. You may cancel your reservation at any time, and we will do our best to re-rent the canceled dates.

  • Administrative Fee: A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
  • Refund Calculation: If we are able to re-rent your canceled dates, we will refund you the amount collected from the new reservation, minus the $75 fee and any difference in nightly rates.
    • Example: If you paid $250 per night and we re-rent it for $200 per night, your refund will reflect the new rate difference ($50 per night) in addition to the administrative fee.
  • Unrented Nights: If we are unable to re-rent some or all of your canceled dates, you remain responsible for the balance of those nights as per your original reservation.

We will always work collaboratively with our guests to adjust reservations when possible, and we are happy to discuss options to help make things work. To protect against unexpected changes or emergencies, we also recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
