House & Pet Rules

The Blueberry Farm
Step outside and discover over 200 mature blueberry bushes, each producing a variety of sweet, flavorful berries. Blueberry season spans from early July through late August or early September, with fresh berries ripening throughout early, mid, and late summer.

The Booking Process
Booking your stay at Lake St. Catherine Log Cabin is designed to be straightforward and guest-friendly. Hereā€™s how it works:

Choose Your Booking Platform:
Book directly with us for the best price, or secure your stay through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Google Travel. -
Review the House Rules:
Before booking, please refer to our House Rules to ensure you meet the minimum age requirement and other guidelines necessary to secure your stay. -
Secure Your Reservation:
To finalize your booking, youā€™ll need to:- Complete ID verification using our trusted third-party vendor.
- Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $15 damage waiver.
- Sign a rental agreement.

Payment Schedule:
- For bookings more than 90 days before arrival: A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings between 30 and 90 days before arrival: A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings within 30 days of arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All requirements, including ID verification, security deposit/damage waiver, and the signed rental agreement, must be completed to officially secure your dates. If you have any questions or special requests, weā€™re happy to help.
